Located in the centre of Belgium, on the border of the province of Brabant Wallon, Hainaut and Namur, this old factory was built in the 19th century. In the heart of an agricultural environment, the site was used as a sugar factory, distillery, yeast production and bottling plant. After having been one of the largest companies in the region, the establishment closed its doors in 1977. Since 2001, a company offering a complete service for entrepreneurs and garden enthusiasts has been developing on part of the site.
